Wheels were packed & delivered safely. Mina Han the customer service agent was pleasant to deal with. Would have given 5 stars if the designer/manufacturer had paid more attention to weight reduction as requested.. For instance, the reverse of the spokes could have been SAFELY relieved on these forged wheels. Quality of finish is good and shape/ style generally in accordance with the requirement. I'd recommend this supplier. Suggest lots of communication before purchase....especially with their designer who is evidently conservative, correctly putting safety before style.
